ABOUT THE PROJECT
City of Humble
Humble is a small city located in Harris County, Texas, within the Houston metropolitan area. Originally founded during the early 20th century due to oil discoveries, the city's economy has diversified over time. While it has historical ties to the oil industry, Humble now hosts a mix of industries, including retail, healthcare, and education. The city offers residents a suburban lifestyle with convenient access to the amenities of nearby Houston, including the George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
With a desire to better meet the needs of their residents, they came to ITVibes for a user-friendly website that provided up-to-date information about the city. Together, we worked with their staff to produce a website that not only highlighted the top attractions but provided pertinent updates from each city department. These departments included City Council, Building and inspection, City Secretary’s Office, Economic Development, Fire & EMS, Fire Marshal, Human Resources, Municipal Court, Office of Emergency Management, Police Department, Animal Services, Parks, and Public Works.

This project was designed with a strong focus on responsive performance across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Every part of the layout was thoughtfully adjusted to ensure smooth navigation, readable content, and a consistent user experience on every device. The result is a website that not only looks great but also makes it easy for users to explore.
